When you arrive at the Penthouse Zum Holzwurm apartment, a selection of capsules will already be waiting for you as a welcome gift. You are welcome to purchase additional capsules at reception (10 capsules/bar for € 6).

- Flachau Summer Card (Salzburger Sportwelt Card): From 2 nights you receive the card free of charge and benefit from a variety of discounts in the resorts of the Salzburger Sportwelt. In summer, the guest card also allows you to take part in sports and activity options, such as the family activity program.
- Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket: Enjoy free travel on public transport throughout the province of Salzburg. The ticket is valid for the duration of your stay and can also be used on arrival and departure.

Conveniently store your sports equipment in our ski depot with boot dryer.
Wellness & Fitness At Gappmaier
In our hotel at Flachauer Straße 75, you can spend relaxing hours in the sauna and steam bath. You can work out to your heart’s content in the fitness room.

We can provide highchairs and baby cribs for our youngest guests on request.

Smoking is prohibited in all our accommodation. Smokers can enjoy their cigarette outdoors, on the balcony or on the terrace.

Babies up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. We are happy to provide baby cribs free of charge.
final cleaning
Final cleaning is not included in the prices and varies depending on the type of accommodation.
short-stay surcharge
For stays of less than 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 100 %.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 40%
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 70%
- Up to 4 days before arrival: 90
- In case of no/late arrival: 100 % of the nights missed

To save unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance, e.g. from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
